LATE POLICY
Deposits will be enforced to secure your appt. No deposit, no appointment.

Deposits are non transferrable and non- refundable.
​
A 15 minute grace period is given. After 15 minutes, Halo Wink is entitled to charge a $15 fee for every 15 minutes you are late. (This does not mean you are guaranteed to be serviced after 15 mins of appt. Please contact us.)
LAST MINUTE CANCELATION OR RESCHEDULING
If your appointment is canceled or rescheduled within the 12 hours of scheduled time, Halo Wink is entitled to charging an extra fee of $50.

If your appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of scheduled time, Halo wink is entitled to charging an extra fee of $30.
​
Another deposit will be required when rescheduling an appointment when failure to do so in time.
​
NO-SHOWS will not be able to be serviced by us again, and Halo Wink is entitled to charging 100% of the service cost.

ALL SERVICES AND COURSES ARE NON- REFUNDABLE.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY SERVICES DEEMED UNREASONABLE.
